In which countries is the Sıla İzinyolu package valid?
Our Sıla İzinyolu package is valid primarily in the countries along the Sıla route: Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, North Macedonia, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, and partially in Greece (for travelers using the Thessaloniki–Ipsala route via North Macedonia).
What should I do to benefit from the service?
Simply call the emergency call center appropriate for your region and provide your location, license plate number, and issue details. Our team will dispatch the nearest service or tow truck to assist you.
What does the Sıla İzinyolu package include and how long is it valid?
The Sıla izinyolu Package is valid from your country of residence, covering the entire Sıla route up to the Turkish borders. The package is valid for one year after activation, and you are entitled to use the guarantees up to three times per year.
How is the towing destination determined?
Your vehicle will be towed to the nearest contracted service along the Sıla route, or — depending on your Turkey package — to a contracted service within the provincial borders, or to an address you specify upon request.
Can I get help if I run out of fuel?
